The location is excellent and the apartment is a good size for a small family

The service was, frankly, poor. When we arrived we were told that there was not a working shower in the property. It had been replaced in the day before we got there. We had travelled all day to get there and so obviously it was disappointing. We got into the apartment and the cleaners were still cleaning up plaster and dust. We couldn't use the shower that night and they had to come back the next day to finish off for several hours. We were told that this was because of a breakage, which is as maybe, and things happen but what really irked us was that when we said we might be reimbursed for having no shower the manager laughed and told us no way, nor was there any token bottle of wine or anything to reflect that there had been an issue. The apartment is fine, Tarragona is lovely, our experience with the manager was not.
