The location, cleanliness, comfort of beds & provision of a parking space on the property were pluses.
The lack of attention to detail & some obvious signs of neglect meant the apartment should not be described as lovely in my opinion. Clean & functional are better descriptors.Some examples, there were only a few dusty herbal teabags & a little instant coffee in a jar available, the wall mounted TV has an assortment of chords & plugs hanging down from under it, the kitchen wall clock wasn’t working, there are some holes in the walls & not all the downstairs blinds & shade blinds are working well.
