Nice welcome folder, lots of options for things to do, helpful links and numbers.
Very large annexe.
Private off road parking.
Helpful and approachable owners.
Hot water pressure was rubbish.
The "shower" was a small bath with a shower attachment you had to take off the wall to be able to use it as the water just dribbled out. If the water was hot enough then you could have added cold water to boost the pressure but adding cold made the water teppid at best. Having to sit down in a bath to take a shower is also not ideal.
The walls are paper thin so the tumble dryer sounded like there was a storm going on outside and you could hear a child through it too.
