Excellent position to visit the town center and to spend time during night there. Though the flat is at ground level and in a central road, the street is not that busy and the flat is quite. Parking difficult, but free parkings are available at 20 minutes by walking.

Difficult contact with managers/owners. Some equipements are old and not well maintained.
