Apartement was heerlijk koel tijdens de hete dagen van 37 graden. Smorgens scheen de zon naar binnen maar er waren overal rolluiken. zodat je met deze buitenzonwering het appartement heerlijk koel kon houden. Lekker stevig bankstel en fijne keuken met ruim voldoende spullen voor 2 personen.
De straat bij de voordeur en de mat waren ronduit vies. De entree was ook niet schoon, overal rommel die je van de straat mee het huis in loopt. Was dat wel schoongemaakt? Op vloeren in de woonkamer/slaapkamer lag ook nog rommel in de hoeken. Badkamer en toilet waren wel heerlijk schoon. Na zelf de rommel zoveel mogelijk opgeveegd te hebben met stoffer en blik (stofzuiger had handiger geweest).
