Good overall, but may become better!

- location is good, great for traveling around by a train and get back to the apartment quickly - gave 3 types of towels for each person, nice! - a/c - balcony in the room, managed to dry some clothes after washing - coffee machine - comfy bed

- you can’t cook in there, just microwave something (it’s visible in the photos, but still may be problematic for longer stays) - you can hear your neighbors, even if they are just snoring - filling a form with all docs before arrival was annoying, especially that you have to upload your passport (personal data) somewhere… - as i understood they threw the garbage once a week, so it became smelly in the kitchen - i stayed for 10 days, they never cleaned my room or changed towels/linen

The house was renewed. Even though the bathroom was shared, it was so clean and I felt like it was my private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The location was not suitable for alone women travellers. I had to get in the house in the early hours, such as 4-5 pm to avoid risky situations.

It was near to station and has a nice kitchen and to shared bathrooms. The assistance by the company cleanairbnb in Padua was sooooooo god and gave always a quick and high-quality answer. Even the cleaning service was great and make a very good job.

The area next to the station was a bit too noisy because of too much traffic and even for young woman not very recommended.

The woman in reception was very helpful, I could not find the check-in place and the hostel, because they were located a bit far from each other, so she came, met me and showed the way.

In general I liked everything, just the check-in place and the main hostel are just a bit far from each other.

The worst hotel we stayed in for our 6 week trip in Italy by far

Hotel was chosen because of close proximity to rail station, its not really convenient travelling to a different location to get keys before entering hotel - it would have been better to meet the host at the premises and have the host explain how everything works and let you in. You get a lot of keys to get in and out of the property and its not as easy and straightforward as most places.

This is not a hotel, it’s more like a Hostel with a shared fridge and shared bathroom - we opted for our own ensuite however we had to use the fridge in the common area. Items we purchased and put in the fridge were stolen by other guests meaning we had no milk for the complimentary coffee or cold drinks for the next day, a half opened tin of sardines that another guest left in the fridge seemed to go untouched for our entire stay. Even in September with blinds shut the room was hot, don’t bother asking for air-conditioning because it won’t get turned on - we were told to open the window which we did and were completely bitten by insects. Outside our ensuite room were disgruntled guests lining up for the toilet, they often were asking others to hurry up which in turn can wake you up as its outside your door. Whilst Hotel is close to station it is in a very bad location with drunk/disorderly people shouting, fighting and urinating on the pavement in front of hotel entrance, this happens throughout the night which affects your sleep. Closing the window makes it hard to sleep as the room is hot and airless. You get 1 towel for a 1 week stay and you have to ask permission to turn the towel drying rail on in a room without any other towel drying racks or facilities. If you dial your expectations down to the place being a hostel in a bad location you won’t be disappointed – don’t make the mistake of thinking this is a hotel.

The area is full of weird people and guys selling drugs, the toilet is clean but unfortunately when I shower the water doesn’t go down the drainage fast.

The room was very clean, it's design and decoration was nice and new. The location was near the bus and train station so we arrived our destinations quickly.

The time of check in was not flexible, it was from 15p.m , so we had to change our ticket.

Location is very convenient to the train station and to getting round town. However, the did not work and despite having been given 1 ventilator neither I or my grandson could sleep as it w as not enough to reach both of us. To be honest,we ought to get some of the cost reimbursed.airconditioner

we were told that the airconditioner would be mended on the 2nd day. It was not and we had no sleep for 2 nights.

La zona è risultata poco sicura, soprattutto rientrando la sera: presenza di persone poco raccomandabili nei pressi dell’ingresso. Il bagno condiviso non veniva pulito con sufficiente frequenza e spesso era in condizioni poco igieniche. Le parti comuni avrebbero bisogno di maggiore attenzione e manutenzione.

Her gün temizleniyor denildi ama kaldığımız 4 gecenin hiçbirinde temizlik görmedik kendi imkanlarımızla temizledik. Hatta şikayetimizden sonra temizlikçinin gönderileceğini söylediler ama yine de gelmedi
