This is an apartment, basically the entire second floor (with even a small balcony, too) of a mid-century house with a driveway. I liked the exceptional cleanliness, and how the rooms were made to be cozy and welcoming. The location was fine, the giant TVs were great, and the furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. For the price I paid, I got great value. The parking instructions and house riules were clear.
American houses have paper-thin walls and the residents of the other unit in the house (who have kids) were loud and woke me up earlier than I wanted to start the day. But if you sleep like a log, then you should ve fine.

Bedrooms were furnished nicely
Kitchen was clean
Owner left lots of notes everywhere with instructions on how they want things to be
1 light switch had exposed wires and 2 electrical outlets were not covered
It seemed like they were not ready to host yet
