Family home space.

WiFi very slow, no heating in rooms, no facial tissue, clock not working.

Nice property with a few outdoor places where you can catch the sun in the morning. large kitchen/dining area. there was a baby chair and a cot (we brought ours though)

The wifi never worked, I contacted the agency who said that technicians would come back to me in the morning and no one ever did. it was impossible to download anything on our ipad - We were at 1st tempted to come back later in the year and work from that place but if there is no wifi …. forget it ! The cleaner must have long black hair as we found a few of those everywhere so making sure that they have hair tied is good so you don’t find someone else’s hair in the bathroom etc… not great! There were a lot of spider webs in the bedrooms, on the windows, inside… lots of small spiders too I think this wasn’t hard to clean and it would have made a better impression…

Greta location for us as we were there for a NSW rugby tournament so close to the oval.

There was no Wifi which was really disappointing. I called BNB on the Saturday am but they could not do anything as it was a long weekend. They said they would call me today to organise some type of compensation, Two members of the family work remotely so depended on wifi and are in contact some times 24/7. Also the ensuite middle drain over flowed when the water was released from the basin and flooded the floor. the tap in the shower was dripping continuously and could not be turned off, other than being a nuisance, it is costing the owner in water charges.
