It’s a beautiful property with a lovely front garden

The service is shabby and slow. The cleaning could be better too

Lovely breakfast spread with plenty of choices among veg and non-veg items, fresh fruits and juices, canned though. Most important was the attitude of the staff who were always around to please you whether with your choice of egg preparation or beverages or even serving on the terrace. There are other hotels that provide good rooms, excellent breakfast and so on but the friendliness of the staff at the Elgin stood out heads and shoulders above any other place we have experienced in India.

Can't think of anything

One of the best options in Kalimpong surely, with Colonial Era feeling. Right in the middle of everything, but very nice and quiet the moment you are inside. Excellent staff. No complaints even otherwise.

Paid food bill Like 5 star resort ,and got food just like road side local hotels with no variety and options but served with great etiquette’s , though menu card was well decorated with multiple dishes but availability was restricted . Didn’t expect from a renowned hotel brand like Elgin.
