Love the location!
Needed more trash bags in unit. There were dirty utensils out back and only one broken wooden cutting board to use.

beautiful location, everything you need in the Villa, well appointed kitchen, extra towels in the laundry room. Kivoya staff were very helpful in resolving an issue with the door code. She happened to be next door cleaning.
they were repainting the outside the whole time we were there so paint chips and dirty water everywhere. they WERE helpful in cleaning it up when requested. If there is a problem and you don’t have Internet or phone coverage it would be next to impossible to contact anyone
