I’ve booked last minute, but 2 hours later wasn’t able to contact host by calling multiple times & messaging (and also booking.com support wasn’t able to reach them), so it was cancelled

Do Not Recommend! Host didn’t respond to me or to booking.com when I arrived for check in.

Arrived at the property at 5:15pm, no answer from the intercom on the gate, from messages on booking.com or from phone calls to the phone number provided. Contacted booking.com and they couldn’t get an answer from the host either, so they cancelled the reservation and fully refunded me. Do not recommend, spend a little extra and stay at a nearby hotel. Much less hassle!

OK, not what we expected (expected separate bathroom/space for guests) will not stay there again

Eric and Kim were very welcoming and wanted to be helpful. Sharing a bathroom with the owners was somewhat strange.

Travelling by bike? This is a great choice.

If you're travelling around the region by bike, this is a great choice. The room is good, the bed comfortable, the bathroom is good and the hosts are welcoming. You're in someone's home, and it feels warm and comfortable. The wifi connection was excellent. And there's plenty of space in the back garden to relax. Also, the Intermarché chain has a branch about 250m from the house, so you can stock up on whatever you need. Finally, the Grand Parc is close to the house, so you can get to and from Lyon without having to deal with busy streets.

Eric and Kim made us very welcome from the moment we arrived . The room ( double with private bathroom) was comfy and had everything we could need . Proximity to airport was great and I'm sure we could say more good had we not had to leave very early for our flight

La maison est très spacieuse et très jolie. Le hôte est très gentil et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et ça a été pour moi la meilleure expérience de collocation. Nous recommandons😇

Pratique et joli

Le logement est à proximité du stade, parfait pour dormir après un concert ! La chambre était climatisée. Tout était propre et bien décoré. Encore merci !

Localização próxima de autocarros e perfeita para quem for a um evento na LDLC Arena. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Quarto espaçoso.

O anúncio não é claro o suficiente para perceber que se vai partilhar casa com os proprietários. A limpeza não era a melhor, havia coisas pessoais espalhadas por todo o lado. O quarto não tinha chave própria, portanto não era possível fechar as malas enquanto saímos.

Un lieu reposant, confortable.

Le lieu, le calme, l'accueil par le propriétaire, le confort de la chambre et la clim. La proximité de grandes surfaces pour prendre le petit déjeuner entre autre. Une petite piscine à disposition, un coin salon à l'extérieur, en cours de finition, un beau projet.

Un café aurait été la bienvenue le matin mais il n'y en avait plus depuis 2 jours m'a indiqué la compagne du propriétaire, donc direction intermarché.

Je n’y retournerais pas.

Le linge sale ( caleçons) dans la machine à laver dans la chambre n’est pas forcément très accueillant ( directement poser en face du lit, donc inévitable à voir) et de plus il n’est nul part indiqué que c’est une chambre chez l’habitant nous avons un peu été surpris. Hôte absent, sa conjointe était là. Il est impossible de manger dans la chambre, ce qui est un peu le principe d’un airbnb de base. Déçue dans l’ensemble. 69€ reste très très cher pour la nuit que nous avons passé. Linge de maison qui sentais le moisi de la machine à laver, mais matelas confortable.

Espace commun à disposition et très agréable, jolie chambre, spacieuse, très bon accueil. Eric m'a proposé de rajouter un bureau dans ma chambre pour que je puisse travailler avec mon PC, ce que j'ai apprécié.

L’emplacement aurait dû être le point positif

En bref nous ne nous sommes pas sentis attendus !!! Nous avons attendu 1h30 devant la maison avant d’avoir l’appel de Mr Auguste. Après une visite rapide nous avons décidé de rebrousser chemin et de perdre nos 55€ Manque énorme d’intimité, les toilettes sous l’escalier sans isolation, la chambre sobre voire sommaire, les extérieurs en travaux et le rangement inexistant.
