the host is nice and helpful. the location is great and in the apartment you can find anything you need, from coffee to washing machine tablets.

the apartment had ants.. when I notified the host, she sent someone to clean the next day but that didn't solve the issue. the WiFi doesn't work

La posizione è buona, sotto casa si trova la fermata del pullman che porta direttamente alla metro per raggiungere il centro. L’appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno accogliente.

La pulizia poteva essere fatta molto meglio, la cucina era un po’ sporca e c’erano i capelli per terra (non nostri). E la donna delle pulizie era molto antipatica

You find basic spices in the kitchen, like salt pepper olive oil balsamic etc. And some tea too. It is quiet in the night.

We recieved informations about the entrace late. We were already there and needed to wait 'til they sent it. When we finally opened the door the cleaning lady was still there, so we left our packages there end left until she finished cleaning. In the bathroom there was toothpaste on the wall. The tap is so tiny you can't even brush your teeth or wash your face there, we did it in the kitchen instead.. In the dishwasher dirty cutlery was left which was moldy! Besides that the mattress is very very soft, it was not comfortable. The place is really small, but that was not problem! But if there were some hanger in the bathroom you could hang up your towel since there is no place to do so. And at the entrace you could hang up your bag or jacket and keys.
