Penthouse apartment with terrace close to Vatican

L'appartamento è spazioso per gli standard romani e dispone di una bella terrazza — punti di forza che apprezziamo.

Potenziale interessante, ma troppi problemi irrisolti. Eravamo in tre e l'acqua calda non era sufficiente per tutti — un disagio quotidiano non trascurabile. Tuttavia, diversi problemi di manutenzione, stoviglie rotte, una pulizia insufficiente e dotazioni di base mancanti hanno reso il soggiorno poco confortevole. La comunicazione con il gestore non è sempre stata tempestiva. Abbiamo deciso di lasciare l'appartamento un giorno prima del previsto. Consigliamo una revisione generale della manutenzione e dei materiali messi a disposizione degli ospiti, perché la struttura ha potenziale ma necessita di miglioramenti concreti.

We loved everything about the flat , you can fit 4 people but we were two so were more than comfortable , the outside bit is incredible you get the sun until 6 pm, Luca the host was very friendly and attentive . The kitchen was fully equipped and we had coffee and tea and cooking things , the metro is 15 mins by feet and the travel is 30 mins everywhere 40 if you connect with line B. It’s a 25/30 euros ride back in a taxi so be ware of that .I would highly recommend as it’s a proper Roman property with the sun hitting it and an amazing supermarket nearby . You also have local caffès and places to get a drink , a trattoria and places to buy vegetables and fruits

For an Airbnb the bed and pillows should be amazing , you are expecting to have an amazing experience and sleep more comfortable than in your own bed , the mattress need changing and the pillows were very bad , i could not find comfort and slept very bad 2 of the 4 nights , I had to use the cushions of the living room to have some support but these together with the blue blanket in the bed and the grey blanket in the sofa bed were very dirty. I would recommend that Luca gets brand new bedding, pillows and the cushions are washed properly . Otherwise all great . Oh one of the sun beds also needs replacing as it’s broken
