Places for swimming were with some bacteria during our stay, so it was on our own risk to swim during that period. We tried dinner at the restaurant on territory, didn’t like it very much, so we were doing to closest city for out dinners Hot tubs available, you can reserve them. But when we reserved the electrical one and cam at the time of reservation, it wasn’t even warm yet due to staff turning that on not in advance enough, as the workaround they offered to us the one on firewoods, however when we arrived to the new time proposed, there was almost no firewood left and water wasn’t warm yet. We ended up grabbing more firewood not from the closest place as the closest one didn’t have any And at the time water was +- warm to chill the next reservation time was coming so we were supposed to leave Might be that this happened coz it was more offseason, but we won’t coming back

There was no Jacuzzi in our apartment

The AC. It’s very specious and designed with great taste. New. And well maintained.

Missing some facilities for kids like a swing for example.

To start with: the park is really lovingly laid out, the accommodation is modern and high quality and the surroundings are a dream for nature lovers.

What we found all the more regrettable was that our accommodation had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. We pointed this out both during our stay and on departure (including photos). To this day, however, nobody seems to feel really responsible.
