Doors were a bit squeeky when opening/closing them and the bed with the bedhead mattress needs replacing

Cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Turn the light on in the bathroom at night and there is a dozen of them. Open the coffee machine and there is one inside. Under the toaster and kettle.
