Die Wohnung war nett und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war gut. Frau Löb ist unheimlich gastfreundlich und stets für Fragen erreichbar.

Es war alles perfekt.Tolles Appartement, vor allem die Küche war traumhaft.Dazu die schnelle Anbindung an die Autobahn, sehr nette Vermietern, seeeehr empfehlenswert Glatte 10 plus mit 🌟

Eine tolle Lage mit Parkplatz in der Garage. Kaffee stand kostenfrei zur Verfügung
Die Schlafmöglichkeit für Gast 3 + 4 war etwa unbequem, da die ausziehbare Schlafcouch ein paar unangenehme Querstreben aufweist. Abendliches Zusammensitzen an der Theke mit Barhockern war etwas unbequem.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger, gehobener Lage etwas am Rande von Bochum, aber naher Anschluß an die Autobahn. Der ÖPNV (Bus) ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist mit etwas Kurverei und elektronischen Helferlein gut nutzbar.
Luxusprobleme: Das Bad mit Toilette ist sehr klein. Das Waschbecken und der Wasserfallhahn sind zwar stylisch, aber unpraktisch, weil das Wasser umherspritzt. Im Schlafzimmer wären Nachttischlampen dringend erforderlich. Barhocker sind nicht unser Ding - aber das ist Geschmackssache
