Modern Rustic Villa Kate

Es war wunderschön. Die Aussicht war herrlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben sich bei Problemen ( Stromausfall nach Gewitter ) sofort darum gekümmert. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir waren jetzt erst das erste Mal da werden aber bestimmt öfter hier her kommen und Urlaub machen.

Das der Urlaub viel zu kurz war

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli à l'arrivée et nous avons fait le tour de la propriété avec le propriétaire. Tout s'est très bien passé et le propriétaire répond immédiatement à la moindre sollicitation. Le cadre isolé et champêtre de Lepuri est très apaisant et reposant. La villa est hyper confortable et bien équipée, airco partout, sdb et sdd modernes, lits très confortables, nombreuses terrasses ensoleillées ou ombragées selon les souhaits. Piscine chauffée sur demande. Bref un lieu de séjour idyllique.

Il est préférable de dormir fenêtres fermées pour éviter d'être réveillé par les coqs de la ferme en face, et les cloches de l'église à côté de la maison. Mais tout cela est aussi le charme champêtre. Lepuri est en retrait de la côte, il faut 30 min pour joindre la première station balnéaire charmante de Biograd na Moru.

Our stay was excellent. The house is well maintained and super clean. It has EVERYTHING that one needs and more. Just like someone else wrote here, the wifi is excellent, same with the water pressure. Villa has 3 spacious comfortable bedrooms, big bathrooms, pool is clean and big enough for the whole family and the kitchen very well equipped. Above all the hosts are absolutely fantastic! We felt like at home and loved our stay!

I agree with the previous comments - it would be great to have a little sitting area next to the barbecue to keep the conversation going while the meal is being prepared. We all ended up standing there at some point when the meat was being prepared. This is however the only tiny thing that was missing. Other than that, the property is amazing!

The house was amazing. Felt like home from home and lots of areas that you could relax in and always managed to find some shade/sun no matter the time of day. The pool was a great size for both swimming and playing...it helped having some inflatable toys to begin with. The facilities are great, shower pressure and temperature were fabulous and the WiFi speed was fast and could be used easily across multiple devices...a must if you are travelling with teenagers! The three smart tvs were great too and even better as we could sign in to our own streaming accounts. We were really lucky to be gifted some fresh fish while we were there along with a lovely bottle of wine and snacks to get us started. There's plenty to do in the area, would recommend Krka falls and Zadar (especially waiting till nightfall to see the sunset and lights at the point). Didn't enjoy Split as much, but was very busy and warm the day that we visited.

Need a table upstairs beside the fire and outside cooking area...was a bit tricky walking up and down with cooked food. We were unlucky enough to be there while a road was being repaired the loud banging started at 7am and although there was a break at lunch it then restarted again until early evening. This meant it wasn't particularly easy to relax on the weekdays that we stayed. There's also a football pitch next door which can get noisy later in the evening, but wasn't as bad as the roadworks. There is a church right behind the house whose bells start ringing from 6am...although good for the days that you want to get up and out early it did mean fewer relaxed mornings. Realise that there isn't a lot that can be done to fix these issues, and didn't really take away from the quality of the villa...which is beautiful.
