El personal hace su mejor esfuerzo. El parqueo es cómodo. Es desayuno está bien, puedes elegir una comida (sandwich, huevos revueltos, pancakes...) y una bebida (café, jugo de tamarindo, leche, chocolate, té...) y puedes elegir que te lo sirvan en la terraza superior o directamente en el apartamento.
A pesar de haber recipientes para rellenar con gel y champú en el baño, estaban vacíos. Solo había una toalla por persona, aunque el personal te facilita más si lo solicitas. También sucede lo mismo con el papel de baño, del cual dejaron un solo rollo siendo 5 personas alojadas. Y lo mismo con el adaptador para el secador de pelo, que no está disponible en el apartamento pero puedes solicitarlo en la recepción, y con los paños de cocina, que no hay pero puedes solicitar. Parece que hay problemas con la planta de luz cuando la luz se va tarda un poco en prenderse.
