الموقع وتعامل موظفة الاستقبال في فترة الصبح وتعامل مدير الفرع ومرونته
للأسف صحيت على ريحت دخان بوسط الغرفه وطلبت من موظف الليل أغير الغرفه لان الشفاط ماهو شغال عشان كذا الدخان وريحته يدخل من بره لكن الموظف رفض هالشي بحجة إني أنا ادخن كمان انه سئل الاداره والاداره رفضت وانا متاكد لو كلمت الاداره مارح يقصرون لكن ما حبينا نضايق احد وتحملنا 3 ايام

التعامل رائع حدًا .. الخدمات لو احتجت من بقالة او اي مكان حواليهم ما يقصروا يروحوا يجيبوه لي اللوبي جميل و نظيف رغم بساطته .. الله يوفقهم
كان جنبهم بناء و الإزعاج قوي مرة من بعد الفجر .. مافي عزل .. كنا نسمع صوت اطفال الله يحميهم يلعبوا و صراخ و ضحك لين آخر الليل .. حقيقي ما قدرنا نتام كويس إلا ساعتين تقريبًا قبل الظهر و طلعنا للحج الحمدلله

الاثاث قديم وعندما حضرت لم اجد الغرفة التي حجزتها وخيروني بخيارات اغلى واكبر بالرغم من وصولي وانا متعبه اضطررت بالبحث عن شقق اخرى
