Good location and nice view off the terrace.

Cold and damp on arrival. Bed very damp on arrival. This particular house was a bit tired. Only 3 pillows ? No hoover. One knife for food prep. Small things but all add up when you are there for a month.

The view from the balcony was great and within a 30 minute walk to the balcon de Europe and bar/restaurant areas. It was also close to the beach (however, 20min walk down a steep hill). The management company were very responsive (the TV didn't work, however we chose to not have it fixed during our stay).

This place is seriously outdated and in need of updates. The mattress (underneath the mattress cover) was very dirty and stained, the pillows were very old and hard/lumpy. The couch (and cushions) were full of stains and dirty and the "fresh" towels were smelly and musty and we needed to wash them and the couch covers on arrival. Overall, for the price per night, it needs to be seriously updated (although the bathroom has clearly been updated) the rest of the apartment needs to follow. For example, visable rips and tears in the curtains.

Liked the sunny east facing terrace in the morning.

Bedroom very small dominated by a king size bed, apart from the built in wardrobes there was nowhere to place clothes at bedtime. A few hooks and shelves in the bathroom would be useful.

The balcony has a stunning view and is perfect to spend a lovely evening on. The pool also is very pleasant.

We had a few issues finding the property as the welcome pack didn't contain a map. The only other issue we had was with the air con in the bedroom started dripping and then spraying water out after a while.
