Location is ok, city is reachable via several buses. Room was comfy, and they helped us up the stairs with our suitcases. It was warm and the breakfasts were tasty!
It was all good, we tried to extend our stay but found the communication painful and so ended up finding somewhere else.

We had a perfect stay for around 10 nights (with between some excursions) letting us exploring Cusco and its region. Staff is very friendly and flexible. Rooms are big and clean.
The kitchen well equiped allowed us to cook a bit.
We also had three guided tours booked with the hostel which were very good.
Best quality/price in Cusco !
A bit far from the city center but once you get how to take the bus is really easy and quick to go in the city center.

The property was clean and tidy and the views from the shared kitchen and the roof were great! Fantastic value for money! It was handy having a shop underneath for supplies too. The beds were comfy and good linen
Great views but higher altitude ! I walked into town but wouldn’t do that again , too many stray dogs…. It was too far out of town for me but I knew that ! No windows/fresh air in my room

I liked the views of the whole city from the dining area. I started to get the hang of public transport traveling to town. Also the supermarket was useful, was able to get fruits and veg.
Absolutely hated the bed, it had some horrendous material sheets. I was given another blanket, which did not really solve the problem. Also having to listen to the music played by the residents too many times wasn't great. In the end I left two days early.
