Seaside Apartments in Agkisaras

L’appartement était bien situé dans un endroit calme et proche du centre-ville. Vous avez également un Lidl à proximité 5 min environ en voiture (ferme à 23h) L’appartement était agréable et très moderne.

Je n’ai pas apprécié la porte qui laisser entrer le jour et nous obliger malheureusement à nous lever très tôt , nous avons dû chaque jour mettre une serviette sur la porte pour pouvoir se reposer un peu. Pas de service de ménage pendant le séjour ce que je peux comprendre mais il serait utile de mettre au moins à disposition de la clientèle le nécessaire pour pouvoir le faire tels que des produits ménager et une vraie serpillière !

The sea is a 5-8 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet, close to two elegant hotels with parks, car rentals, and small family shops. The accommodation itself is aesthetic, practical and has everything. We didn't want hustle and bustle. We rented a car from the local dealer, with a relatively large discount, and traveled around the island that way. There are several beautiful bays within 8 kilometers. There is also a Lidl 4 minutes away by car.

Always put the apartment key in your pocket, because the door lock is such that it closes automatically, i.e. if you are outside on the terrace and the key is inside the apartment, you are locked out :))

It’s all new and comfortable, and the location is like 5 minutes driving from Hersonissos downtown. Alexis was a great host and we received a plate of fruits and a few bottles of water as a welcome. Nice touch. We got some of the our-mistake on the toilet paper flood issue, but it was fixed in 20 minutes. The plumber was fast and clean.

There is a couple of things to put in here. The first one is a guy at the next-door apartment who was singing and playing buzuki (or guitar) every night from 22:30-00:00. We don’t mind that much cause we get to sleep at 00:00. The second issue was parking. Parking is on the same street where public buses are coming through, and everybody else. We have struggled with other neighbors to find a free spot and allow others to pass. And the third, the biggest problem, was the cleaning fee for cleaning the apartment and changing the towels. We know that we are in the apartment and we don’t want anyone to come to our apartment to clean it for free, but the 30€ fee is way too much. Also, there was a washing machine in the facilities section of the app booking, but there wasn’t there physically. Also, there isn’t any door in the shower, so you get your whole bathroom wet after just one showering…
