A nice, basic studio in a great location. Train station, beaches and restaurants are just around the corner, and only a short walk to Menton. Fully equipped kitchen and tv and a balcony. Self check-in was easy after we realized that you can find the names in the intercom by pressing the arrow.

The studio was small so there wasn't much space after our luggage was brought in. No air conditioning, only a fan, but we were able to deal with the hot nights by sleeping with the balcony door open. Lots of dust and hair on the floor.

Agréable séjour dans un immeuble calme.

L'appartement est conçu pour 2 personnes. Nous avons été accueillis avec du thé et des madeleines sur la table. Très proche de la gare et de la mer. A 3 kms de Menton. Facile à faire à pied, le long de la mer ou à l'intérieur de la ville qui est très belle. La vieille ville est très jolie. Mais à Roquebrune, il y a le sentier côtier qui mène à Monaco en 2 heures. Il démarre à 100 m du bâtiment.

Le matelas était trop mou pour nous, mais c'est personnel.

Vacanza a Cap Martin

Ho passato 14 giorni di vacanza mi sono trovata benissimo. Il monolocale era pulito, è esattamente come si vede in foto con la differenza che ora c'è una pala a soffitto che rinfresca l'ambiente. La cucina è fornita di tutto e di più, forno-forno a micronde-macchina caffè-bollitore e tostapane e piano ad induzione.Ho trovato cialde x caffè e bustine di tè e tisane e madeline. Nel bagno c'è anche la lavatrice. Il balcone dà sul parcheggio interno del residence con tavolino e sedie perfetto x il relax. Il check in facile grazie alle indicazioni di Sandrine. La zona è centrale a due passi dal mare, a 30 metri c'è un forno, una gelateria, farmacia e nelle vicinanze supermercati e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi.Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo soprattutto a chi viaggia da solo. Grazie Sandrine
