Location was good
Code didn't work, I called several times and left messages, someone called me back 45 minutes later,, had to go to a friend's to use bathroom and shower, not happy,

Very short walk to the beach
A lot of broken things in the unit. Even if it was replaced the old broken part was still left. Simply removing old broken items would improve the place. Previous renters put dirty dishes in the cabinets.

I loved how close to the ocean we were for the price that we paid.
when they say to bring everything you’re going to need they mean it. there was no toilet paper trash bags in the trash cans. there wasn’t a broom or anything to sweep up all the sand that we tracked into the place. and the drawer by the stove was also broken when I came in.
