Une maison multi séculaire restaurée avec goût - La diversité des lieux et des usages potentiels - la situation - la propreté - le confort - il serait complexe de le pas aimer car on se sent chez soi à bien des points de vue !
Il serait Interressant de travailler sur la ventilation et le renouvellement d’air pour assurer une meilleure pérennité de ce petit écrin! Le bruitage induit par le pompage de l’eau lors de son usage, est surprenant et peu agréable mais de fait temporaire ! Le propriétaire devrait de mon point de partager l’histoire de cette maison … de sa construction à sa restauration . Restaurer l’histoire est ici encore plus qu’ailleurs indispensable pour apprécier celle belle petite ville

The location was perfect. Our daughter had her wedding in Altafulla, and everything was in walking distance.
We had issues with the water pressure and keeping the bedrooms cool.

Hemos pasado unos días excepcionales en familia. Nos alojamos a fines de agosto y desde el primer momento la experiencia ha sido satisfactoria. Nos han venido a dar la bienvenida y explicar todo lo relacionado a la casa. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda para grupos. Consta de 4 habitaciones dobles, cocina comedor grandes y una sala de juegos/tv/etc y dos terrazas. La zona en el casco de Altafulla es incomparable. Volveremos.
