Amazing staff, very attentive. The view was so beautiful. The room hot bath was perfect, for a couple. We could adjust the température. The private bath on the 6th floor were available, very beautiful, with another very beautiful view. Also nice for a couple.

Indoor onsen
The food quality and taste of the dinner at their French restaurant is not up to standard and terrible. They charge ¥10,000 per head, there is only set menu which consists of 6 dishes. The food presentation looks like it is already made some time ago which tastes unfresh and unpleasant. It was the worst meal I have taken in Japan so far.
