Staff are friendly & helpful Room was nice & comfortable Strategic location, near to lake & restaurants . You can store your things when go to trekking for free

We could leave some things here during our trip in the mountains.
We got a very uncomfortable room, it was dark, cold and wet. There were no soaps and toilet paper in the room. The shower wasn't warm. The surrounding is loud, during the day there is construction of an other hotel nearby and during the night (still after midnight) you can listen to the disco somewhere from the street. We were really disappointed because the reviews were so good.
