The best room so far in Argentina. GAMA complex is better value than let’s say Opera (in Villa Cabrera), and no students partying :). Good sound-proofing, views, room design, amenities and layout. Quiet, sometimes too quiet. Construction quality is good. WiFi is good. Bed linings are good. There is Carrefour nearby. Communication is straightforward and professional. Note for travelers: unit has only one aircon, which is usual for Argentina, as a measure to prevent summer blackouts. Blackouts are result of overpopulation and globalization pushing electric grid maintenance costs higher even in low-density populated countries, so not sure how efficient measure is, especially long-term. The policy is out of the property owners control anyways.

Nada much. We don’t have a car so parking labyrinths were not an issue for us. Complex is still under construction but there was NO construction noise in the room (or even outside). Torre 1. Clubhouses, gyms and swimming pools are not built yet, but we don’t use those anyways. Soundproofing in the bathroom is a bit soso, but not an issue really. Nitpicking: the only thing that was missing is tv in bedroom. Or maybe small working desk could fit there. For those who work remotely.

El complejo es muy nuevo, tiene seguridad, las instalaciones están impecables, el anfitrión súper responsable y recomendable, sin duda volvería, la vista desde el balcón es bárbara.
