La atención de Roberto fue muy buena. Tuvimos unos problemas propios del departamento que él supo solucionar con grandeza.
Cuando algo sucede, sea por las personas encargadas de la limpieza o por problemas generados por los huéspedes anteriores, uno espera comprensión y eso fue lo que tuvo Roberto.
Dejó de lado la soberbia que tienen muchos anfitriones que creen que te están alquilando un palacio, él se ubico en el plano terrenal y solucionó.

La ubicación, el trato del dueño aun estando el en la distancia!!! Tuvimos un percance y nos contuvo y ayudó a resolver la situación! Muy agradecidos sin dudas la calidad humana supera cualquier instalación, pero en este caso ambas van de la mano! Gracias infinitas
