Lovely cottage with decked area and great breakfast.

Complimentary breakfast was fabulous! Beds were really comfy and plenty spare blankets if it was chilly along with standing fan. Spacious cottage with enclosed decking/ seating area. Plenty utilities e.g. microwave, oven, coffee machine and washer machine! Cottage is within walking distance of a Spar, large enclosed playpark and a petrol station with shop.

Parking space is very tight for the cottage, the space provided is within a car park on a yellow box where deliveries also use which then blocks full car park. We struggled to unpack / re pack roof bag and car within the space provided, due to not being able to open doors very much and delivery man walking between cars to deliver goods to a separate establishment.

Great accomadation, lovely location , shame about some communication

Willow cottage is well positioned and is lovingly maintained. The accommodation is super clean and comfortable . We all had a great night sleep at the willows and it was a great location for a special wedding. Included in the price of the accommodation is breakfast in the a-joining cafe / restaurant which was lovely , everything was freshly prepared and excellent quality

I’m not one to highlight issue but sadly the downside was one member of staff abrupt communication . This was a little off putting as it was are first interaction with staff as we arrived very late the night before . Whilst I appreciate the need to speak with us regarding a car-parking matter. As a customer the tone felt a little rude and unnecessary as the issue was resolved very quickly. I feel that with such lovely accommodation the customer service element did let the willows down.

Excellent accommodation

We had the nook which is a self contained 1 double bed cottage which included a living room and fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. It is the perfect accommodation for couples in a perfect location for getting g out and about. The staff/owner were excellent and very accomodating. The breakfasts are excellent and are included in the price which is fantastic. We only had one evening meal as we were out and about but what we had was lovely . We couldn't rate it highly enough and will be going back.

The breakfast was great,served in the cafe next door,it was an added bonus as not expected.Location was great just off the high street with a good selection of shops and cafes etc for a small place.Easy access for walking on the river and further.

A very well maintained and presented property that suited our needs for a short break.

The property was easy to access, nice outdoor space and really quiet.

Outdoor furniture was a little uncomfortable but it wasn't a problem as everything else was so good. I prefer cafetiere for coffee but when I asked one was found.
