Willow Cottage

It’s in a great location, very close to the centre of Pateley Bridge, but still very quiet. It was very clean and the fans in the bedrooms were greatly appreciated as it was quite warm during our stay. Welcome pack of treats was great too. Breakfast is offered next door which is a great addition, we didn’t use it this time as we were on holiday with family but definitely will try next time.

Could be doing with some more kitchen equipment for longer stays, oven gloves etc and maybe a hoover or broom just so you can tidy up.

Spotlessly clean property in superb location. Modern and well equipped with a lovely area to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee. Very friendly and helpful hosts

Nothing at all to dislike.

We gave the owners an approximate time of arrival. On the morning of check in staff called to estimate check in time. We were greeted at the property on arrival and given a warm welcome. A staff member gave us all the information required. First class customer service from beginning to end. The property was very clean and full of amenities. The location and property was very relaxing, situated in Pateley Bridge full of quaint shops etc. The kids enjoyed the nearby park each evening. Each morning we enjoyed a first class cooked breakfast with a wide variety of choices, fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurts. We had a really enjoyable family holiday experience at Willow Cottage. Highly recommended.
