Die Lage des Gästehauses ist mitten in dem Weinort Leiwen. Die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit. In der Nähe sind auch einige Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet, welches wir bei unseren Gastgebern für einen sehr akzeptablen Preis zugebucht hatten, entsprach einem normalen Standard und fand im Weinhotel Weis statt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, unkompliziert, herzlich und gastfreundlich.

Die Lage ist zentral im Ort und sehr ruhig. Der Rundblick im Wohnzimmer über die Weinberge ist erste Klasse.
