The House and it's location we're great and we felt very comfortable during our stay

A very small negative was the Garden/Patio area of the house. It was great to have the outdoor space but it's desperately in need of a bit of weeding and a spruce up

Lovely bolt hole near the shops and sea.

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely shower, cosy and comfortable.

The decking out the back needs replacing but it didn’t affect our stay. Plenty of patio space to use instead.

We had a lovely visit, it’s a beautiful area!

We loved the house, very easy to access the coastal path which was our plan. House is well equipped with tv/DVDs etc for cosy evenings. Hosts were extra kind and posted back a cost that we had left behind.

We still have a good time to stay there

It’s a lovely place , clean and tidy. Comfortable bedding.

It’s a bit disappointed because one of the reason we chose is the bbq stove in the garden photo. And it also mentioned in the house facilities that has barbecue. We bought the seafood and charcoal when we checked in. After arrived, no bbq stove there.

A great home from home in the heart of Saundersfoot

This is a great, quiet place to stop with just a five minute stroll to the beach. I couldn't fault the accommodation, it was spotless. The bed was really comfortable, the TV was great with the bonus of streaming services. The kitchen was very well setup, James Martin would have been at home in there. It was like home from home & I will definately be back.

Nice for a weeks holiday

Very clean just big enough for four both bedrooms were quite large shower was excellent it was great to have a short cut through the woods you could get to Saundersfoot quick if your a walker

Would have been nice to have some deck chairs or loungers couldn’t mop floors as nothing to clean if you spilt anything could find an iron

Lovely property and hosts but shame about the barking dog.

Excellent location and just a short walk to the beach. Lovely house with everything you need to self cater. Great parking and hosts were brilliant with communication. Very clean.

The barking dog next door that started at 1115pm and went on constantly for about an hour 2 of the 3 nights we stayed and also woke us on the 1st morning of our stay. This wasn't mentioned in any reviews and has stopped us from rebooking next year sadly. I couldn't see this mentioned in other reviews so whether it's a new dog I'm unsure (not a puppy).

Short stay at 55 Incline Way

Nice quiet location. House was clean and tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to seafront.

Had problem with TV. Not resolved by host. Flooring in bedrooms noisy to walk on. Disturbing to people in other bedroom. Second bedroom could have 2 singles to open up opportunities for prospective guests. A local guide to all amenities and explanation about the short cut would be very helpful.

Good value, would definitely book again.

Very clean, great location if you don’t mind a short walk into Saundersfoot (10 mins), and also a good base for Tenby and surrounding attractions. It was lovely to have a bottle of sparkling wine to greet us, and the selection of basics provided cut down on the amount we had to take with us: washing powder, hand wash, kitchen roll, salt pepper etc. Highly recommended property!

The bed was a bit soft for us, but that’s probably as we have a firm mattress at home. But this is personal preference, and i’m only mentioning it as everything else was perfect!

The location was 10mins to the beach. And it was available at late notice. The Ambilight TV's were an eye opener. The weather was fantastic. Wifi was a surprise.

Sorry, Though a clean and minimal look, you can see that it needs some basic maintenance. Toilet roll holder and toilet seat spring to mind. The beds felt like you were trying to sleep on a sheet over a pile of washing... Each night, we re-stretched the mattress protector at fault, and within minutes, it'd wrinkle up under you. Winter duvets, are a tad warm for summer. Quite tired after the week. Another basic maintenance thing; After we had hoovered the house, it was still dusty (awful hoover), so I stripped the hoover and cleaned the filters before re-hoovering the house with a (now) brilliant hoover. Just basics...
