Great apartment all in all. Would reccomend this!

Very well-equipped and modern apartment. Quiet and spacious. Very nice for pets, as there is a fully fenced terrace and garden area.

The apartment has a floor heating and central thermostat that is locked for the guests. The hosts adjusted it remotely for us, but as the thermostat seems to be way off, it always said the apartment had about 24 degrees C, but it was more like 18-19. So naturally the central heating thought it was hot enough so that no heating was necessary, even after the hosts turning it up one degree for us. A calibration of the thermostat would be a great improvement. Also, as a few mentioned in their reviews before, the key pickup is very inconvenient as you need to drive to the next town and get the key from a key safe there, then drive the one town further to show your ID in an office (but that is regulations, so the hosts have no say in this). A key safe at the apartment would greatly improve the check in and check out experience.

buona la posizione. arredo vecchio che rende il prezzo spropositato (circa 70 euro a persona a notte)

l'agenzia è stata imbarazzante: devi andare a san candido a ritirare le chiavi, ti chiedono una cauzione che ti restituiscono dopo una settimana, devi restituire le chiavi a dobbiaco e nessuno viene a dirti che era tutto a posto o a contestarti alcunchè. il prezzo, tenuto conto del servizio, è veramente sprpositato (circa 70 euro a notte per persona). il proprietario farebbe meglio a pretendere che l'agenzia se non altro si faccia trovare sul posto sia all'arrivo che alla partenza e non obblighi il cliente ai suoi orari (16-18 per il check in). in camera da letto c'è un oggetto elettrico alla parete rumoroso (di notte non è piacevole). il freezer non era sbrinato. devi lasciare la spazzatura differenziata fuori dalla finestra in sacchetti (che devi comprare tu): se non lo fai ti addebitano 150 euro!

Une halte reposante

Accueil très professionnel et serviable du personnel de l'agence de location...à l'écoute du problème rencontré (cf ci dessous) et ayant proposé une décôte après avis du propriétaire pour minimiser l'absence de jouissance de la terrasse. Gîte se trouvant à 8km de l'agence, localisé grâce aux plans remis...Dans le centre du village le studio moderne , bien équipé et confortable est conforme à la photo de l'annonce et avec parking.

Attention aux horaires d'ouverture de l'agence de location qui ferme à 18h ....Quand on arrive de loin ce peut être une vraie contrainte! La photo donnée par booking ne correspond absolument pas à l'aspect extérieur du bâtiment , d'où une certaine surprise.... Enfin la terrasse n'a pu être utilisée , couverte par la poussière du chantier de l'appartement voisin mais réponse appropriée de l'agence (cf ci dessus)
