Small Friendly Apart In a Villa - New Cairo 5th Settlement

The owner was really nice he made sure we were comfortable, the place was super big way better than the pictures the area was really calm and safe i loved the balcony view it was amazing everything about this place was great i would really love to go back

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement for the fourth time for me in the same place, and I will continually do whenever I will be in Cairo. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegance and charm of the place. The décor is absolutely stunning — classic, tasteful, and filled with high-quality, valuable touches that give the space a truly luxurious feel. What really made my stay even more memorable were the people. Mr. Yasser, the owner, was incredibly polite, respectful, and welcoming. Ezzat, the assistant, was always available and extremely helpful throughout my stay — a truly kind and reliable young man. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful, and well-managed stay in New Cairo. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Die Lage ist ideal. Ruhiges Stadtteil und trotzdem gut gelegen. Der Besitzer des Hauses ist eine sehr zuvorkommende zuverlässige Person. Hat sich persönlich um alles gekümmert. Das Haus ist sehr sicher. Das Tor wird jeden Abend abgeschlossen. Es gibt einen Sicherheitsmann. Es gibt eine Haushälterin, die die Wohnung geputzt, den Abwasch gemacht und die Bettwäsche gewechselt hat. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für eine komfortable Aufenthalt braucht.
