It's electronic, so as soon we contact the workers they told us the password code.
The cabin was totally wet because it had rained and there were no elements to dry it, one of the lamps in my room did not work and they denied us the PaddlesBoard even showing them that in the reservation it said that it included Paddle and Kayak. We rented a cabin 2 Couples, 4pp in total and they told us that we could only use 1 Kayak, it does not make sense that for 4 people reservation they only provide 1 kayak of 2.
Also there is nowhere to hang or store clothes, not even 1 single hanger for jackets or hooks on the wall, nothing.
