Perfect location and great property.

Great location, everything is a really quick walk away, supermarkets, restaurants, old town and beeches. The apartment was clean and had everything we could have needed, very comfortable and clean and was an absolute gem. Chantal was very friendly and helpful. All in all I can't fault anything

Noisy street, sewage smell, rude behavior of the managers.

The location of the housing is close to the sea

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The windows face a busy street – at night it was impossible to sleep with the windows open due to the noise. For two days there was a strong sewage smell, and our complaints were handled inappropriately. At check-out we were rudely accused of stealing towels, which were later found. No apology was ever given. We have kept the correspondence with the managers, which confirms all the points mentioned.

A great place for a longer stay

Amazing location: close to the train station, beach and old town. The window view at the sea, mountains and a pretty park is very pleasant. Windows isolate street sounds very well. There is a balcony to spend time on or dry ones swimsuits. The apartment is clean and fresh, with wifi, an AC, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fully functioning kitchen. The hostess is a nice person, she replied to messages very fast and it went smoothly to receive and leave the keys. The area is very safe and beautiful. There are stores and cafes nearby.

The bed was a bit small and squeaky to our liking.

Location and amenities. Good supply of kitchen items, washing machine and good size refrigerator.

Television should be larger smart TV. There were no written instructions for TV, washing machine and wi-fi was difficult to login. Clear coffee table looks good but dangerous.

Exciting place to stay right in the heart of Menton

This was ideal. We loved the view, the amenities, kitchen, sofas, everything was comfortable and convenient. The buillding has such history it feels great to be a part of it. Easy walking access to everywhere including the train station. Outside noise is pretty constant but the windows block 95% and the ac unit works great to keep the air going while sleeping. Thank you so much!

It was everything we'd hoped for.

Location was excellent - near the sea, market and lots of shops. Walking distance from the railway and bus stations. Probably the cleanest property we've ever rented. In a nice old building. Seemed very safe.

Fantastic view of the sea and the mountains, impressive historic building, 10 minutes walk to the old town, very nice welcome by Chantal.

Location is amazing, 50m from the beach, restaurants & supermarkets @ the front door. From the apartment you have views of the sea & mountains, the terrace is perfect to sit & watch life in Menton. Super clean with everything we needed for our stay. Chantel is a wonderful host, great communication pre & during our stay. We received a very warm friendly welcome, including a bunch of fresh flowers!

Kommunikation vor und während der Reise war sehr nett und sehr zuverlässig! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ruhig mit einem kleinen Balkon mit Meerblick und Blick in die Hinterlandschaft von Menton. Ideal gelegen für Strandbesuche, Altstadt, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles fußläufig in ein paar Minuten gut zu erreichen! Sehr gerne wieder!

Séjour de repos dans un immeuble 1920 proche des commerces, vue dégagée, appartement lumineux

L'emplacement est parfait, proche de la gare, des commerces, du centre ville, la vue dégagée, le soleil l'après-midi et un bel espace à vivre sont appréciables. Enfin dans l'appartement lumineux pas de bruit des voisins, la pièce à vivre est grande et la salle de bain pratique.

Un peu plus d'équipement ménagers comme un grille pain et des ustensiles de cuisson en inox. Si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes le bruit de la circulation est présent car le trafic est assez dense mais c'est le propre de Menton une ville où la voiture a trop de place.

La casa e molto grande e spaziosa, perfetta la posizione. Personale molto gentile. la casa e in ottimo stato con tutti i confort non manca davvero niente molto pulita ed ordinata ,la cucina e super attrezzata, il bagno molto spazioso, la camera da letto molto confortevole ma il pezzo forte e il soggiorno molto ampio con un grande divano tavolo da pranzo e un piccolo balcone de affaccia su una piazzetta ovviamente con vista casino e mare che dire...perfetta! sicuramente saremo contentissimi nel ritornare a Menton sia per il posto, il mare, ma anche per il nostro pernottamento in questa favolosa casa!

Fantastico appartamento in centro Menton

Appartamento grande, comodo e pulito nel centro di Menton a pochi passi dal mare. Sembra più una casa che una persona potrebbe usare per vivere più che per un breve soggiorno. Dalle finestre si può vedere il mare e la mattina ci si può svegliare con quella vista. Fantastica connessione internet. Natalie è stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutato con tutte le necessità. E' disponibile un parcheggio sotterraneo dall'altra parte della strada.

Si è in centro quindi la strada tende ad essere rumorosa. Ad esempio la pulizia strada del mattino può dare fastidio.
