Not a chiq spa apartment with no marina view which is mismanaged
It was in a good location on the Marina. That is the only reason it gets even a 2.
Incorrect directions to the room, unable to access with the various codes, 5 times on the phone, and maintenance took over an hour to let us in. There was rubbish in the bins, dirty dishes and towels in the cupboard and no tea or coffee in the room. Tea and coffee was in our room while we were out the following afternoon but the bins, etc were left.
The room was far from as described in the advertisement. There is no marina view, spa in the room or bbq as per the listing. There is a view of a car park and the street. There is a shower/tub combination, which for medical reasons and we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and our son's wedding, we chose to have something we expected to be as special as described.
The water pressure fluctuations caused the temperature to extremely change and is dangerous as it gets very hot and very cold. We again reported it to the customer service agents for the apartment and once again they were very unprofessional and blatantly didn't care. We asked to be there when maintenance eventually arrived 3 hours after the arranged time, customer service asked if he could enter and we said not until we arrived back in half an hour. They had clearly been before we arrived. Again customer service didn't care.
We attempted several times to discuss these matters as they are very unsatisfactory and clearly not as described as the apartment is far from chiq, has no marina view or spa, and the team managing this property should not be doing so.
We are incredibly disappointed with the money we paid for such a substandard apartment.
The complex building is very noisy and the plumbing is clearly a problem. House keeping and maintenance staff were an issue.
Thankfully we are not there anymore and we strongly recommend that you don't stay here.

It was a great experience, despite the pool, I would still rebook.
The unit was very clean and decorated beautifully.
Unfortunately, it was nothing the owner could fix. The amount of bird feces around the pool was disgusting. It was on the lounge chairs, pool grounds and covered the residents windows that faced the pool. This was my first time staying at a unit next to a lake, so maybe that is why?

lovely property.
I thought just about everything was lovely
we arrived with a bunch of big boxes literally in the doorway. we had to move them to get in. I let the company know. they left them there our entire stay. they just didn’t want us to open them…as if we’d open them. that was definitely a down side…living with a pile of boxes

When coming to the apartment the apartment was not cleaned & we were unable to unpack & relax until later that night
