La presenza di qualche elemento di arredo un pò datato e l'assenza della lavastoviglie. Nulla di fondamentale.

Great location, just 2 km from beautiful beaches, 650 m from a local supermarket, and 5 km from Otranto. The surrounding area is easily accessible by car, free and safe parking is available on-site. The property features a fantastic, large pool (open from 8 AM to 8 PM) complete with a lovely pool bar serving coffee, drinks, snacks, and (own) wine. The staff is very friendly and communicative, special thanks to Sophia. We stayed in a simple, air-conditioned apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Having washing machines available in the common area was a big plus. Overall, it is a perfect place to rest and recharge your batteries

Squeaky doors and door handles require some minor work to improve what would definitely increase comfort. The host sends payment links through WhatsApp. This practice might make some people feel uncomfortable regarding security

The place feels like a parking lot (except of the pool area). No Wi-Fi, no reception, a very basic room, no suitable sockets for appliances, no breakfast (just a croissant and coffee for an extra €6), uncomfortable bed. The staff has no idea about the bus schedule and argued in front of guests.
