Very clean but falls short in several basic ways
The apartment was spotless - extremely clean. The young man who handed us the keys was friendly.
This "2-bedroom apartment" is really not a 2-bedroom.
This is an apartment that has 2 rooms total: One is the living room/kitchenette/dining room. The other room was apparently modified to create 2 bedrooms by putting in built-in cabinets to divide that room. One of those spaces was a regular size, the other about 2 x 3 m total, and both with no(!) doors. There is no privacy, especially when it comes to snoring noises etc. The Booking.com photo of the 2 x 3 m "bedroom" was taken with a wide-angle lens and suggests a way bigger space than this is.
Heating was fine in the living room. The "bedrooms", however, had non-functioning radiators with NO thermostats, and they were stone-cold. There was no way to heat these "rooms". Hosts apparently made up for this by providing thick, warm down blankets but these "rooms" were essentially too cold to be in other than sleeping. Not nice during the winter season.
Walls there are paper-thin. We could effortlessly follow the lively conversations of the people in the apartment on the other side of the living room wall.
There is a strange ventilation noise that can be heard most of the time when in the larger of the two "bedrooms". No idea where it came from and while it wasn't very loud, it was noticeable.
For anyone who will rent this place: Clothes hangers can be found in one of the hallway cabinets. Use the key from the "bedroom" cabinet to get to them. We only found them half-way through our stay.
Contrary to the advertising, there is no washer in the apartment. There are connections for it in the bathroom, but that is it. And the advertised toilet paper consisted on one roll only so make sure to bring some yourself.

Nice apartment with garden view, mostly renovated to a good standard
Good size, nice view from living room/ balcony. Comfortable sofa. Rather new kitchen and bathroom.
Missing doors to the sleeping rooms. Suggest to remove the large closed storage cabinets that are hard to open and take much space. Bed lamps missing or combined in one room.

Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen!
Der kurze Weg zur Therme war super! Die Betten im Haupt-Schlafzimmer waren bequem. Das Wohnzimmersofa war bequem.
Beim Bezug hat uns der Junior beim Gepäck geholfen.
Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein (scharfes großes Messer, große Schüssel, Microwelle ..). Das Licht im Gang war kaputt. Angegebene Waschmaschine hat gefehlt. Das Schlafzimmer war durch die Leitung in der Wand das lauteste Zimmer in der Wohnung (auch in der Nacht nur kurze Unterbrechungen). Das 1. Schlafzimmer und 2. Schlafzimmer hatten keine Türen und somit hörte man auch dort die Geräusche. Im 2. Schlafzimmer war die Matratze zu dünn.
Im Wohnzimmer ging nur 1 Rollo, somit konnte man es nicht zum Schlafen verdunkeln.
Der Privat-Parkplatz war vorhanden, aber ständig durch andere Autos belegt. Am besten hinstellen, wenn er mal leer ist (so um ca. 22 Uhr) und dann das Auto nicht mehr bewegen.

Prima appartement
Prima locatie, voor ons een aantal nachtjes op doorreis naar Italië. Genoten van de prachtige omgeving.
Appartement is schoon, voorzien van een keukent, wel wat gedateerd, maar heeft prima.bedden.
Eigenlijk niks. Wel stond er in de omschrijving dat er een wasmachine zou zijn, die staat er niet

Preis Leistung passt. Wir würden wieder buchen.
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick in den Garten .
Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit kleinem Esstisch, Sonnenschirm und einem Liegestuhl.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt.
Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Türen aber da wir nur zu zweit waren hat es uns nicht gestört. Nur zur Info falls jemand mit mehreren Personen dort übernachten möchte.
Die Ablage in der Dusche müsste repariert werden.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und ist für mobile Leute zu ideal.
Der kurze Weg zur Therme war angenehm, auch der Parkplatz war in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet für die Selbstversorgung. Das einzige was mir fehlte war eine Microwelle.
Die Beschriftung der Ferienwohnung war nicht vorhanden. Da in diesem Haus mehrere verschiedene Vermieter sind musste ich mich erst durchfragen ob ich auch richtig bin, da nur die Hausnummer vorhanden war. Da der Vermieter nicht anwesend war, obwohl die Ankunftszeit bekannt gegeben war, musste ich erst anrufen, um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht ideal, da der Zugang schon über einige Stufen führt und die Wohnung nur über eine Treppe erreichbar ist.

Lage gut für den Preis zu wenig Qualität
Die Lage ist gut.Die Größe der Wohnung wäre es auch.
Küche incl. Essen und Wohnen o.k. Auch das Bad ganz in Ordnung.
Balkon Tisch und zwei Stühle neu.
Im Schlafzimmer ein Geräusch übertragen über den Kamin als ob in der oberen oder unteren Wohnung immer eine Waschmaschine schleudern würde. Geht die ganze Nacht mit nur kurzen Unterbrechungen.
Auch im kleinen Schlafraum ohne Tür zu hören. Mein Mann hat im Wohnzimmer geschlafen da war das Geräusch nicht. Ich im Schlafzimmer mit Berieselung über Kopfhörer.
Wir haben die Wohnung wegen 2 Schlafzimmer genommen wegen Schnarchen bringt aber ohne Tür nichts und darin auch kein richtiges Bett mit anständiger Matratze.
Ein Schrank weniger in der Diele dafür ein verschliessbares Schlafzimmer wäre besser.
Im Wohnzimmer fehlte eine Jalousie war wegen Schlafen auch schlecht da kein Verdunkelungsvorhang.
