A comfy 4-day stay in Turin

The cleanliness and the independence that one can have at the property. The area was surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Therefore, one can opt to either cook there or eat out. Lastly, we had an issue where the key broke in the lock and the owner came by in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Sonia!

The only issue with the property is the block where it is located. It felt old and a bit abandoned but the apartment was completely opposite!

Superb

Nice, comfortable apartment for two persons, everything new, perfect bathroom and kitchen. Very clean. Suburban but quiet neighbourhood, with free car parking possibilities on the street or in a car park next to a park 100 meters away. Bus stop 300 meters from the entrance of a building (on the right). Bus 11 (40 minutes to the city centre, Palazzo Madame) runs every 40 minutes until 10pm. Juventus Arena and Conad supermarket 1.4 km walk or by bus 9 (3 stops) from another bus stop on the left across the road. I recommend air conditioning, even if it will mean a small increase in the price of accommodation. Worth it!

Non so cosa indicare in particolare perché ho trovato tutto molto bello. La signora (host) molto gentile e disponibile verso le mie necessità. Spero di poter tornare in questa struttura quando tornerò a Torino.

Consigliatissimo: un posto in cui sentirsi a casa.

Dal primo all’ultimo istante, passato in questo alloggio, sono stata benissimo. La signora Sonia è molto disponibile, cura ogni minimo dettaglio di questo graziosissimo posto. La pulizia é impeccabile, infatti l’alloggio é sempre profumatissimo. Inoltre, é tutto perfetto e c’è un’attenzione anche per le più piccole cose, che non sono sempre scontate. Dall’alloggio ho raggiunto velocemente e con facilità la fermata dell’autobus e del pullman. Lo terró sicuramente presente per una mia futura visita a Torino.

Un vero disastro

È vicino allo stadio e alla fermata dei mezzi

Partiamo con il dire che la casa è al primo piano e sotto la camera da letto passano i tram e gli autobus tutto il giorno.inoltre siamo arrivati alle 21 in quanto il treno ha fatto un ora e 20 di ritardo(oltre le 20 la.signora applica 30 euro di penale che però per sua scelta ha deciso di non applicare,anche perché ampiamente informata dei miei orari di arrivo).arrivati dopo un breve check in scopro che le lenzuola e il coprimaterasso erano pieni di peli avviso la signora immediatamente che mi propone di.aspirarli con un aspirapolvere li in casa io OVVIAMENTE mi rifiuto e lei inizia a sbraitare al telefono.arriva alle 0015 a cambiarle facendomi notare che ero un cliente scorbutico,solo per aver preteso un.cambio lenzuola.inoltre facevo notare che la colazione (che la signora definiva un favore anziché un obbligo visto che l annuncio prevedeva la colazione)erano 2 brioche vecchie e dure e 2 marmellate con 2 bottigliette d'acqua per ben 2 notti al costo di 270 euro.venivano cambiate anche quelle dopo varie insistenze.inoltre giorni prima avevo chiamato per avere informazioni sul weekend prima di.prenotare e la signora dopo aver scoperto che.con la tariffa genius avevo degli sconti mi aumentava la tariffa cosa tra l altro confermata dal servizio clienti di booking,dopo varie insistenze ottenevo la fattura visto che inizialmente alla mia richiesta di fattura l host mi diceva che era booking a dovermela dare cosa poi smentita sempre dal servizio clienti.a seguito di tutti questi disagi la signora il giorno dopo mi proponeva la restituzione della somma della tassa di soggiorno e della colazione ma io ho rifiutato anche per tutelare spero con questa recensione i successivi clienti.

Sul confine tra Torino e Venaria Reale

Luminosità dell'appartamento, presenza di prodotti per la colazione e degli ingredienti base per cucinare, presenza di saponi e carta igienica in bagno, ampiezza della doccia, comodità del letto, possibilità di regolare la temperatura delle stanze; cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria; abbondanza di parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze; disponibilità di negozi e mezzi pubblici in zona.

Suggeriamo di fornire il bagno di una mensola, un bidoncino per i rifiuti e qualche supporto per gli asciugamani, o almeno per i teli per la doccia: se li si mette tutti sul termosifone, si genera troppo affollamento e rimangono sempre umidi. Inoltre eviteremmo asciugamani per il bidet troppo piccoli, come era uno dei due che ci sono stati consegnati. In cucina invece sarebero utili i contenitori per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Infine, una porta di ingresso un po' più solida potrebbe essere apprezzata dagli ospiti e incentivarli a tornare per altri soggiorni.

Soggiorno breve, ma di alto livello!

Bellissimo appartamento ben curato! Mi è piaciuta la pulizia, la casa ordinata e il fatto che ho trovato una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo e la colazione già sul tavolo. In più l’accoglienza da parte dell’host è stata gentile e premurosa nel consigliare dove andare a mangiare nelle vicinanze.

L'arredamento interno e la posizione rispetto al centro della città, facilmente accessibile e la cordialità e disponibilità della padrona.

Ho trovato alcuni peli all'interno del letto, probabilmente le lenzuola non erano state stese dopo il lavaggio, ma in ogni caso nulla che ha compromesso il soggiorno.

Appartamento curato nei dettagli, pulito e con tutto il necessario per una permanenza serena. Ristrutturato a Nuovo, comodo a mezzi pubblici e negozi di ogni tipo, vicinissimo al centro e allo stadio Allianz , tangenziale e autostrade . L'host, Sonia disponibile e attenta, gentile .

Alles vorhanden für eine Übernachtung. Bett war gut. Freie Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Durch Straßenbahn sehr laut, auch mitten in der Nacht. Balkon nicht nutzbar. Vermieterin spricht kein Wort Englisch, daher Kommunikation nicht möglich. Schlüsselbox wäre besser. Das Frühstück war eben italienisch karg wie auf dem Bild erkennbar
