Le calme, le confort et la propreté de l’appartement , la terrasse, le lieu géographique (facilement accès au sud de l’île et aux randonnées). Parking gratuit devant le logement. Bon rapport qualité / prix.
Les explications pour accéder aux clefs ne sont pas claires. Elles méritent d’être reformulées de façon - chronologique (1ere porte d’accès au site puis porte de l’appartement). - détaillée pour la box (2 touches de validation après la saisie du code). Il manque quelques ustensiles basiques dans la cuisine : éplucheur, couteau d’office, passoire en inox. Sinon c’était parfait !

La cucina è il salotto spazioso e luminosi e la struttura è moderna e accogliente. Il terrazzo è la parte migliore della casa
Il bagno ha un serio problema di fognatura perché ogni giorno si sentiva un forte odore di fogna ma almeno c’erano a disposizione dei prodotti per profumare l’ambiente

Los accesos son todos de escaleras, no apto para PMR. Una vecina, de lo abajo, un poco mal educada.
