Отдыхали в середине сентября. Квартира для 2 взрослых подошла идеально. Есть кондиционеры которые работают очень хорошо. Кухонные принадлежности все в наличии. Единственное я бы поменял сковороды на более новые, на этих уже подгорать еда из-за срока службы. Прекрасный балкончик с видом на горы и Теармину. До пляжа и всех центральных ресторанов 3-4 минуты. 5 минут до остановки автобуса.
Шум от мотоциклов по ночам - но это проблема всей страны скорее, а не данного жилья. Для пожилых людей и людей с ограниченными возможностями может быть проблема подыматься на последний этаж по лестнице.
