Photos are 100% accurate and Joao is a lovely guy to deal with and communicates very fast. Amenities were good and it was nice to have the little patio area as well as pool area which is spotlessly clean. Sadly the weather was too cool to use it but in summer it would be amazing to have at the end of the day.
Not a dislike but a heads up that it's a pretty busy street and the locals drive fast. Parking is generally available as others have said but on arrival we had to circle the block as there is a school right opposite and late in the afternoon there is a lot of competition for parking. No problems overnight tho and you can find a spot not far away. Practice your parallel parking ahead of arrival!

Très bien situé ( centre ville,port, supermarché,jardins botaniques ) Grande amabilité et disponibilité du propriétaire ( accueil,et réponses rapides à nos demandes,) L’équipement était complet et fonctionnel. Propreté des lieux. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix . Rue passante mais appartement bien insonorisé
Signal Internet un peu faible .
