The apartment was located next to 2 beaches, you basically just have to walk downhill for 1 min and you are on the beach, if you walk uphill to the main road (about 2- 3min walk) you will find a small market and a bakery. if you are looking to go further, then from our experience, it is a 15min drive from the ferry, 15 min drive to the plaža čista, 10 min drive to novalja...LOCATION WISE IT IS GREAT. There is also parking next to the apartment so you really dont need to worry about that. The host is very friendly and understanding! the apartment is super modern, clean and very well equipped (kitchen wise - EVERYTHING you can possibly imagine, there is also a toaster and water heater, a big fridge...) bathroom is super modern, nice shower, basket for dirty loundry, a hair fan, a rack to dry the clothes.... good lightning... the bedroom is alspo super modern, you get a safe, clean towels, lots of space in the closets... the couch in the living room can be made into a bed. the balcony is very big, you get to dry the clothes there, there is also a grill, overall you wont be dissappointed.... this has notjhing to do with the apartmant but maybe it will help someone - there are also two restaurants/bars on the beach but i wouldnt recommend going there the portions are cathastrophic and the prices are too high ( 1 portion of calamari = 2 small squid/ calamari for 19e - wtf?!) f you want to go eat somewhere, better to jump into the car and drive to novalja pay 2e for parking and eat at moby dick (big portions and reasonable price) !
there is AC in the apartment but only in the living room and there is no AC in the bedroom, and the one AC in the living room is directly by/above the couch so in our case mum and dad were on the couch and they didnt like the AC blowing directly into them while they sleep because they were cold so they turned it off, but that affected us because our room got SUPER SUPER HOT, we couldnt sleep because of the heat - if the AC was on, it wouldnt have been an issue.... just something to keep in mind, maybe have the ac running on lower temperature the whole day so you can turn it off at night... we were there for too short of a time to figure it out... again not a huge problem, easily avoided just a heads up....

Grosser Parkplatz neben dem Haus. Nah Rucica Beach mit sehr klarem Wasser. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung bis 5km. Super Klimaanlage und Dachterrasse.

What a lovely location with direct views of the sea and beyond. The beach can be reached in 2min, and you have it almost to yourself except for a few friendly locals. The apartment is so modern and has everything you could need (facilities and utensils). The best equipped in the whole of our Croatia trip. The balcony was a sun trap but with enough shade to sit and relax. Great host, cannot recommend enough if you want to escape the busy tourist spots.
There is construction happening in the area which did add background noise but they never worked all day on the days we were there. Perhaps check if it is complete when booking one local said it was expected to last another month. That said i would still book again without question.
