The environment, the spa and the log fire were the best features
Could have been better prepared for arrival of guests. Firebox not cleaned out, found a dead bird in it. Four flannels, but no hand towels. Not much wood in the wood box outside, or firestarters and newspaper and kindling.

The bed was too soft for me. It would also be good to give some options around thickness of duvet - it was too thick for me (ie too warm)
