優點： 空間足夠一家四口活動，四個行李箱可以全開，民宿有家的氛圍，廚房餐具/刀具等用品俱全，浴室有洗衣機/曬衣架，且浴室自帶烘乾設備，洗衣/曬衣沒問題，週遭有Lawson，業務超市跟AEON超市，距離超近非常方便
缺點： 地點天神跟博多較遠，地鐵要轉車，另因為是無人自助民宿，所以垃圾沒人收，要自己分類好放置民宿內

本人租住民宿的經驗有限，這裏的位置附近有地鐵站，乘搭公共汽車都方便，步行10分鐘有高性價比的壽司店，15分鐘到逹Youme Town購物。因遺下了衣物，住宿方幫忙取回。
住宿方在信息的回覆稍遲，影響到行程，房屋不能打開窗戶，比較焗促。
