The place is superbly designed and extremely peaceful (despite being some steps away from a main street). The rooms are comfortable, they smell amazing, and the overall stay truly helped us recharge our "batteries" with a relaxing time. Regarding the restaurant, we must say that despite the service being SUPER slow (30 mins+), it was honestly worth the wait. We had a Pork Chop and a steak, and they were simply delicious. They should strongly consider getting some help in the kitchen so that patrons don't have to wait too long.

I would encourage the personnel to be a bit more welcoming. Some smiling back goes a long way. We had a sense that the manager was a bit overwhelmed by the fact of having to pick us up at the Pier on the Hotel's Golf Cart. The ride was nice; however, upon arrival, the guy did NOT help us with our luggage. Instead, he rushed to our room, showed us around, exchanged some words with my Wife (Thai), and left. This is highly unusual for Thai hospitality. Additionally, while the included breakfast is always welcome, I would recommend increasing the quality of the ingredients. White bread isn't the healthiest choice, and the jam was extremely sweet. The "orange" juice was from a carton (despite the fact that this season is giving amazingly sweet mandarins here in Thailand, and for cheap!). I won't say much about the coffee because the only option you get should speak for itself: you must use the Nescafé they put in the room next to the kettle. Make your own conclusions.

Such a beautiful place (loved the decoration)! I loved our stay there it was super cosy and cute and comfortable! Very romantic :) The breakfast was nice also! We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was very tasty too. I will definitely book this place again. Very well located in the middle of the city centre.
