L’appartement est idéalement placé avec un parking devant C’est en fait un Rooftop avec une immense terrasse vue mer Il est parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable Roberta est très réactive Je recommande +++

Petit bémol d’odeur d’égouts par temps de pluie Mais c’est propre à la villeet pas à l’appartement Peut-être aussi le bruit de l’ascenseur assez forte

this place exceeded our expectations, the huge terrace and the view are really something to brag about. it's located 50 meters from the sea so you get to hear the waves crashing on the shore all the time. really amazing during the night. you can see the lighthouse and all of capo d'orlando. it's very central as well. the room is very big and clean the kitchen well equiped. the bathroom was clean and spacious.

the bathroom had a some sewage smell in the evening but nothing which was too disturbing. probably due to the apartment being on the roof at the end building's water pipe system.

Ho trascorso una settimana in questa splendida casa al mare e non posso fare a meno di condividere la mia esperienza. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ma in centro città. 2 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia ( libera o lido), per gustarsi una bella granita in centro, per gelato sulla piazza, una pizza o la spesa al supermercato. La casa è un monolocale, non spaziosissimo eppure ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La cucina è moderna e attrezzata, ideale anche per preparare cene da gustare sulla terrazza. Inoltre, il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile, fornendo ottimi suggerimenti su ristoranti e attività locali; ha messo a disposizione un ombrellone così da non doverlo comprare e si è reso disponibile per qualunque cosa. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante al mare.
