Second time we have stayed at this apartment. Great location. Apartment is very clean and modern. Cool and comfortable with good air conditioning Located in great position on complex for excellent large pool. Lovely private garden. Perfect for four people.

I commented last year that about one of the sun loungers being broken and was told that the owner was going to replace it. This year there were no sunbeds, only two slightly tired rocking loungers. I was told by the keyholder that the apartment was 'for sale' and the owner didn't want to invest any money into the property, however two loungers and no sunbeds for four guests isn't adequate. As such we had to buy our own at a cost of €80. Furthermore I also commented last year that the towels and pillows were tired and could do with being replaced. Again this year it was the same towels and pillows. Once again we had to purchase a couple of pillows to sleep comfortably. Finally the gas BBQ doesn't work properly. The burners have corroded and broken. I appreciate that the apartment is 'for sale' but a few new sunbeds, towels and pillows wouldn't cost a fortune and would have elevated the accomodation back to 5*. If these points are addressed and the property doesn't sell we will definitely return because everything else is excellent

I’ve stayed in this apartment a few times and really like it. There was a mix up when we arrived which left us standing for over an hour but it was resolved efficiently.

On arrival there was some animal poo on the grass which I had to pick up. Also there was no spare toilet roll on arrival.

Had all amenities you would need for a family of 4. Washing machine and dishwasher. You do need to buy dishwasher tablets as the property has none.

The hot water is an issue , we had to wait hours for the boiler to heat the water the first full day we got there.

Het huis en de zwembad

Strenge regels. Kinderen kunnen er niet vrij spelen. Na 22 u mag je niet eens op het grasveld zitten bij het zwembad. Als je dan in de tuin zat en je vraagt je man iets dan gingen de bovenburen (was hun vakantiehuis oud stel) naar binnen en deden ze de gordijnen dicht. Nou daar zit je dan met je vakantie om 22 uur stilletjes te moeten zijn terwijl er zoveel leuke Nederlanders waren die graag samen nog een praatje wilde maken en de kinderen nog samen wilden spelen. Er was daar een Duitser met een herdershond die daar alles continu aan het bewaken was vanuit zijn woning. Jongens waren rustig balletje schoppen naar elkaar en hij kwam echt over elke regel zeiken. Prima regels zijn regels, maar dit zou verboden moeten worden om de residentie te verhuren aan toeristen! Ondanks het fijne huisje. Voor mij nooit meer. Ook waren er camera's in de woonkamer. Ik heb die met zo'n luikje dicht kunnen doen, maar ja gesprekken kunnen ze waarschijnlijk wel mee luisteren. Gaf me ook een zeer onaangename en geen verwelkomend gevoel. Ook leek op de foto's het huis vele malen groter. Ik schrok wel even toen ik binnen kwam. Kledingkast had geen planken en te weinig hangers. Ik heb uiteindelijk maar niet uitgepakt.
