Perfect size and location for a small family group. Well equipped and maintained property. Very nice and comfortable furniture.
In the scheme of things, this was a small item but we did need to buy rubberized bath mats for each tub. The tubs were way too slippery without the mats.

Located on first floor, walk to the beach and restaurants.

Spacious unit in a great location. The location is great if you want to be by the bars and restaurants and the beach is just a quick walk down the street. We were also happy with the size of the unit. While the unit itself needs a little TLC, we loved the location and having parking.
The place is just sort of dated and the furniture needs a deep clean or refresh, the curtains fell down every time we opened them. Not a deal breaker but not great either. The property management company's customer service was not great and felt like you were just interacting with AI, so if you want a personal touch with a rental, this is not it.
